Machell Baetens Corporate Secretary / Treasurer
Machell joined Kokolakis Contracting in 1995 serving as Contracts Administrator, Office Administration and Proposal Management before moving into the role of Corporate Controller in 2009 with a promotion to Corporate Treasurer in 2016. As the Corporate Secretary / Treasurer, Machell is responsible for cash management and forecasting, corporate liquidity, maintenance of banking and surety relationships, review of corporate investments, oversight of its’ 401k plan, and the company’s compliance efforts with respect to legislative and regulatory requirements, risk management and legal support. She also oversees the property management of the related development entities.
