Allison Caesar Human Resource Manager
Allison joined Kokolakis in 2019 with over 5 years of human resources experience. She is responsible for strategic human resource planning, performance management, recruiting, federal and state law compliance, employee wellness, corporate health care plans, training, and benefits management. Allison attended the University of Cincinnati and holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Suncoast HR (local SHRM chapter).
